An Erosion & Sedimentation Control Plan is required for any land disturbing activity exceeding one acre according to NC. Our staff possesses the expertise to prepare the necessary  design and make all submittals to adhere with the N.C. Department of Environmental & Natural Resources (NCDENR)  guidelines.

Wetlands Delineation and Mapping has become an extremely important area for the professional surveyor to be aware of for any development project affecting a stream crossing or wetlands invasion. Section 404 of the Clean Water Act Title IV governs Wetland Protection.

Flood Zone Surveys, Elevation Certificates and LOMA's (letter of map amendments) are accomplished by a land surveyor on behalf of the property owner to obtain insurance through the National Flood Insurance program sponsored by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
